There is a Flat screen TV with Netflix, full Wi-Fi coverage, charcoal braai/BBQ, garden furniture, secure parking, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/ freezer, under counter cooker, washing machine and microwave.

Small dogs (max 2) are welcome by arrangement but please be aware that there is no fence around the property so please keep a constant eye on them at all times.

For peace of mind the villa is fully alarmed with armed response backup and a security gate to separate the upstairs sleeping areas from the downstairs living area.
